Payment information: for listed cleaners, billing details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
Lead tracking data: when a user clicks a phone number, email link, or website link on a cleaner's profile, we record the type of interaction, the page URL, and a timestamp. No personal data about the visitor is stored.
Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data is used to improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Cleaner application data is retained for the duration of the listing agreement and for up to 12 months after cancellation. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax and accounting regulations. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form as configured in Google Analytics.
