Commercial Kitchen Cleaning is a platform that connects commercial kitchens with vetted cleaning professionals across the UK. We provide a platform for approved cleaners to be listed and for potential customers to find and contact them directly.
We are not a cleaning company. We do not provide cleaning services, employ cleaners, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between a cleaner and a customer. All arrangements, agreements, and payments for cleaning services are made directly between the cleaner and the customer.
3. Website Users
If you are a visitor using the Website to find a cleaning professional: the information provided on cleaner profiles, including credentials, certifications, and reviews, is supplied by the cleaners themselves or sourced from publicly available information. While we take reasonable steps to vet listed cleaners, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed.
You are responsible for carrying out your own due diligence before engaging any cleaner found through our Website. We accept no liability for the quality of work, conduct, or reliability of any listed cleaner.
4. Listed Cleaners
If you are a cleaning professional listed on our Website: your listing is subject to a separate listing agreement. By applying and being approved, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, credentials, and services.
Exclusive territories: each listing covers one service in one location. Territory exclusivity means only one cleaner is listed per service per location. We reserve the right to modify territory boundaries or availability at our discretion.
Billing: listed cleaners are billed monthly via Stripe. Payments are due on the date specified in the listing agreement. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or removal of your listing.
Cancellation: either party may cancel a listing with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, the listing will be removed at the end of the current billing period.
CKC Approved status: the "CKC Approved" badge indicates that a cleaner has been through our vetting process. It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of the cleaner's work. We reserve the right to revoke CKC Approved status at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, design, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of Commercial Kitchen Cleaning unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our written permission.
Cleaner logos, images, and descriptions remain the property of the respective cleaners and are displayed under the terms of the listing agreement.
